Shocked On having my plane testpiloted it kept on dipping the right wing and setting it up after landing it still went to the right.
On testing the throws it had 17 mm up on the right aileron and 7 mm down versus 10 mm up and down on the left wing.
I the tested it for slop and there was considerable slop on the right aileron. I then carefully disected the torque rod out of the aileron and discovered  oil soaked balsa surrounding the torque rod in the aileron as a cause of the slop. I rectified the situation by cutting down to "healthy wood" by building it up with plywood slivers and glue to surround the torque rod. This should now hopefully cure my problem.
See attached pdf file drawing.
